I have worked in education based roles for 10 years, starting out as a receptionist in a primary school in London. Since moving to Yorkshire I have been fortunate enough to undertake training and qualifications such as Level 4 School Business Management and Level 5 Human Resources Management.
As well as supporting the HR and Payroll function of the Trust I also work as part of the office team at Churchfield Primary School, the newest school to join the Trust.
My role within HR is challenging and varied but allows me to help and support colleagues which is so fulfilling. I also enjoy working within school where no two days are ever the same and I can see the children learn and thrive.
The Trust is a welcoming and supportive place to work and it's a pleasure to work with such passionate colleagues.
