I have had the privilege of serving as Chief Executive Officer of Waterton since September 2014. Over these years, I have witnessed the Trust’s remarkable evolution, transforming from a single primary school into the well-established multi-academy trust it is today. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, as we have expanded our reach and deepened our impact, always guided by our commitment to providing outstanding education for all. It has been an honour to lead Waterton through this period of growth, watching as our vision for collaborative excellence has taken root and flourished across our community of schools

Our vision is to create a collective of schools that work together to achieve excellence. We are committed to a collaborative approach where learning is at the heart of everything we do, and where children enjoy and engage in a rich and relevant curriculum. Our aim is to foster a culture of high aspirations for all, ensuring that everyone reaches their full potential, regardless of their social, economic, or cultural background.

People are at the core of our Trust. We invest heavily in our pupils, teachers, support staff, Trustees, and Governors, ensuring that everyone benefits from the diverse talents, qualities, and potential we share as a community. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for all, sharing best practices, developing expertise, drawing on local, national, and international research, and forming partnerships both within and beyond the Trust. Together, we are determined that every child within our Trust will have access to an outstanding education, embodying our belief that at Waterton, “success truly is a shared experience.”
