Throughout her extensive teaching career, she has developed a wealth of experience. Very early on Beryce became Literacy and Numeracy specialist and recognised the need for significant change. In 2012 she was appointed as a National Leader of Education, supporting a number of schools with wide-ranging circumstances from Local Authority or Ofsted categories. Beryce has also led on the pilot for ‘Extended Schools’ which was recognised both at National and Local level of the model of excellence.
As CEO for the trust Beryce undertook the Cambridge Education Programme to consolidate her knowledge for business functions and operations within a MAT and she is also the lead on school–to school support for Partners in Learning.
