Yvonne Gray – Course Tutor
Yvonne delivers the programme of learning to apprentices, and works closely with learners to ensure their academic sucess. Yvonne supports learners with marking, feedback, advice, guidance and pastoral support as needed. Her role is to ensure that learners understand the course content, can apply this in their day-to-day role and have the tools they need to succeed in their End Point Assessment.
Elanor Handford – Business Manager
Elanor provides business support services to this area of the Trust’s operations. This includes acting as a first point of contact to learners and employers, supporting them through the sign-up process, facilitating training delivery and assessments and working closely with course tutors to ensure that learners are on track to succeed.
Janet Ravensdale – External Quality Assurance
Janet is an external consultant, with many years of experience in the sector. Janet provides quality assurance services, ensuring that the programme content, training delivery, marking and feedback, and functional skills delivery meet the requirements of the standard and are delivered appropriately to adult learners. Janet gives advice and guidance on areas for delvelopment, and her work is a key part of our strategy for continued improvement.
